      Pros

      They are a new call center.

      Cons

      They are so new they don't understand how to run a call center. It all about who you know and not what you know. They have a bait and switch for hiring. They have old systems that don't work.

      Pros

      Thankfully they have not subscribed to the open work concept (yet) that seem to afflict other tech companies in the areas. Offices close to freeway.

      Cons

      These cons are only for a specific department within the company. I got a bait-n-switch situation. I was told I was being brought in for a specific set of duties/tasks. When I started my tasks were quickly switched to something else entirely. You are often dealing with branch office personnel, and nobody seems to know how reports are supposed to work. Very chaotic. Left the moment I could find something else.

      Pros

      Company is growing at an exponential rate. Excellent opportunities to experience many different opportunities and aspects of the business.

      Cons

      The grow first mentality takes precedence over every other need. That has left many areas of the business to be neglected or very immature in their development.
