      Pros

      When I started the company was still fairly small with just over 100 employees. By the time I left a year later it was close to 300 employees. The atmosphere of a small business was lost along the way which was a real shame.

      Cons

      Some of the techniques used to obtain customers seemed uncomfortable and at times the contracts we had to enforce seemed unfair to the customer. Many promoted in management seemed to be under qualified and did not understand how to motivate employees.

      flexible, great bonus a great job for a full time college student looking to make some great money

      some times you feel a little unethical having to collect so aggressively on personal debt
