Pros

They are very good at working with you to make a schedule during school. They always are rewarding hard work and it's a very fun environment to work at. There are always opportunities to move up in the company and they pay very well. Also they always do fun activities to make work less tedious.

Cons

It's a call center, so that means that sometimes you will talk to angry customers. Not much, but sometimes.

Pros

None really once in a while they would have raffles but you had to do tons of overtime to get In

Cons

Everything soooooo much favoritisme never been in a company where you had to become your supervisors bestfriend to do anything couldn't even take a N unscheduled break without getting into trouble only scheduled breaks when they wanted the, so you could be working for an hour and than have your first break than two hours later lunch than your last break an hour later wouldn't give warnings just terminated people whenever they felt like do not work for them horrible manager cat and Adam are terrible!!!!!! Constantly worked overtime for them and got morning in return just treated like crap time and time again!!!!

Pros

When I started the company was still fairly small with just over 100 employees. By the time I left a year later it was close to 300 employees. The atmosphere of a small business was lost along the way which was a real shame.

Cons

Some of the techniques used to obtain customers seemed uncomfortable and at times the contracts we had to enforce seemed unfair to the customer. Many promoted in management seemed to be under qualified and did not understand how to motivate employees.
