      Pros

      I've been with Prog for several years, at its core, you can tell that Prog genuinely cares about its employees. The culture here encourages individuals to lean in, take initiative, and carve out their own paths to success. Even though there have been changes at Prog over the years, what company hasn't gone through change and evolved based on the business and economy.

      Cons

      I mean, if Prog could adopt a 4 day work week, but still get paid 5 days a week that wouldn't be terrible;)

      Pros

      I love the culture at Prog and we personal supervisors/managers they are always understandable and will to help with my personal growth. We have a lot of resources that can help with mentality, personal development and erg groups.

      Cons

      For as hard and as much as we work, the work life balance is not good for what we are paid. Other company’s are paying more. Although pay isn’t the best the people and cultures keep me here.
