Can't take holidays off, they call them blackout days where even if its not your day off you have to work.

Clear advancement opportunities, wonderful co-workers, wonderful management. You tell your boss what you want to do and they will guide you to it. CEREAL BAR!!!! The fancy upstairs people are even nice and don't get all nose in the air. They always want to hear fresh ideas and perspectives

Cons

If you start in Customer Service you are going to get upset people like, A LOT. Just know you can lean on your TL and Coach 100% . Learn the core of financing and keep yourself educated so you can answer people and calm them down
