Pros

Progressive Leasing not only talks the talk but walks through walks. Their clients and employees are a Daily priority for them. It’s a big company with a small company feel. They’re always looking for ways to thank you and to show appreciation. No matter the position it’s all about the positive culture and a diverse work environment.

Cons

I’ve honestly been with the company for 2 years in 2 states and 3 roles and I haven’t found any cons.

Pros

Opportunities for growth, Consistent feedback, Detailed coachings.

Cons

Lack of communication from supervisory staff, unrealistic workload, use of third party for scheduling causes errors and consistently disappointing break/lunch times. Absent supervisory presence.

Pros

If you really enjoy wearing multiple hats, learning new things almost daily and being challenged this is the place for you. Sometimes if you do the same thing day in and day out it can feel a little Groundhog Dayish. I can honestly say it does not feel that way here at all:) As recruiters we get to talk to great people everyday and encourage them to consider Prog as their next stop on their career journey. It's important that we believe in our mission and our culture!

Cons

It's not necessarily a con - but things can get busy as they are anywhere. Especially in the remote world we live in.
