Company is focused on their customers which was a huge driver in my decision to join. They take care of their employees as well where I have seen a number of internal promotions. Food is a plenty. The company is growing which means opportunity for everyone. Perfect Job for students! Tuition reimbursement, competitive starting pay, internship opportunities. Outside of a healthcare profession, the company provides a path for any degree/career. Location is nice as well...easy access to everything.

A while back I had posted a review expressing my concerns about not feeling valued, and being underpaid. Last week however, my department was given raises and a change in our job titles. I am feeling extremely grateful, like I do matter, and I am valued. Not only were we given new job titles, but we were told that there were other job titles created within my department that were not there before. Leaving room for growth, and career opportunities. I appreciate my supervisor, manager, and the VP of my department for fighting so hard for this. Thank you Progressive for restoring my faith in the company and again making this one of the best places I've had the pleasure of working for.
