      Compensation and benefits are solid

      Progressive Leasing seems to be going through some hard times and because of that, it felt like they started to drift away from their core values and the culture seemed to be going down hill.

      Good job and they did car about employees. Decent room to move up and around. I got promoted in the first two months working there.

      It's a call center. It's all unbearable at a certain point.

      Flexible hours, work from home

      Cons

      Gotta suck up to the boss if you wanna get promoted. They only want “yes men” to move up. Anyone who might question the norm gets a Scarlett letter. Instead of developing leaders they just mark them down on their performance evaluations for not speaking up.
