Pros
If you’re looking to a company that can give you job stability you’re at the right place. This is a high demanding company and people normally leave if they can’t handle the stress. benefits are great, compensation was better.
Cons
The company has grown so much that leadership has failed to keep up with the growth. It’s an all hands on deck everyday and now you’re being micromanaged, adherence it’s strict, been with the company since 2015, now I’m questioning my relationship with the company.
