      Company allows you to be flexible. If there's something you want to learn, there's probably a path for it.

      Cons

      Company does not like to give raises or promotions, makes people not stay as long as they would if they felt mobility.

      Pros

      We value people above all else. We do not just say that, we live by it every day. Progressive is a fast growing company that allows upward mobility through performance and delivering results.

      Cons

      Normal growing pains as we double/triple our overall revenue. Nothing out of the ordinary than what would be expected.

      Free snacks, free soda, free breakfast cereal with milk, free gym to work off all those calories, great health plans, 401k, stock purchase options, opportunities to move up, professional development, many pathways for internal advancement, yearly paid day off with free tickets to a theme park (Lagoon day) with a prize giveaways and hamburgers! They treat you like a human being. You are instructed to always do the right thing, no ethical conflicts of doing something for a buck that hurts or deceives a customer (unlike other companies). Great benefits package, tuition reimbursement, high pay, everything is awesome!
