Pros
This company knows how to treat its employees. The amount of individuals that have worked at Prog for more than 10 years were numerous. That is rare.
Cons
The Product department is sadly the worst at the company. The turn over rate of product employees is worst than a McDonalds. I personally know of over 40 departures during my time there. When you have a great company, but one department can't hang on to employees, it boils down to Product leadership.
