      Good Culture with still some hope in the field.

      Progressive Leasing still laser focused on trimming GMV generating employees, especially in the field, while all employees brace for the coming massive annual year-end round of promotions from Directors to Sr. Directors, from Jr. VP's to VP's, from VP's to Sr. VP's and so on and so on.

      Great work life balance before the changes Management was great at one point Nice perks No overnight stay anymore

      Micro managing 50 mile radius to stores just pays for gas HR sucks Promotes people who brown nose to the top Favoritism is horrible Some TSM Managers just shouldn’t be managers they obviously got the title from brown nosing.they never been a manager in there life. Pay isn’t the best compared to competition
