      Most VIP Do Listen To Their Employees Opinions and Make Necessary Improvement

      One "Clean Desk Policy" Cover Every Single Department But In a Reality, It Does Not Apply to IT Department, Because Unlike Office and Call Center In a Open Areas, We Are In a Badge and Locked Workplace.

      Nice building, most co-workers were awesome

      Cons

      Management does not accommodate military leave. I was actually told I had to choose to leave the military at the end of my obligation if I wanted to stay with the company. I understand it is tough on my team members when I'm ordered to support military exercises, but it is unlawful for that to affect my employment. I chose to leave for another company that is more supportive of my dedication to the freedom of the United States of America.
