      You get treated like family! Consistent monthly recognition. Free Snacks, Cereal, coffee and soda to keep you going. Consistent growth within the company. Off sites like movies and baseball games were you can take your family. Best affordable benefits, pet insurance. Consistent coaching and feedback to be your best you!

      Pros

      Other than using Slack and "/giphy" in my conversations with just about anyone, I feel wanted and needed in my position. Progressive helps to foster constant and never ending improvement for the team as well as the individual. If you have the chance to work here, you will not regret it.

      Cons

      Because this is a rapidly growing, multi-billion dollar company, expect things to become a bit unorganized at times! We are living in exciting times here at Progressive and have the opportunity to experience and grow through the growing pains of entering into the Enterprise world!

      Pros

      Great co-workers, free perks like snacks, coffee, soda. bonus based on performance.

      Cons

      Its pretty to the point, you come in and take calls. I feel like the only issue is they should be more flexible with the schedules and I feel like Team leads and Supervisors should be held to the same attendance standard as regular representatives. I feel like we should try to push promotion opportunities within the company more vs going to outside sources.
