Business Outlook
Pros
Company culture is amazing. They do a lot of events and employee competitions and management is awesome. I always feel heard and like my opinion matters, and training was very thorough and prepared me well. Leadership doesn’t micro-manage Room for advancement, they love to promote within the company.
Cons
Base pay is not nearly close to a living wage. We are eligible for bonuses, but they’re not easy to obtain when you’re new, due to the very strict requirements of QA. Management does not micro-manage, but QA sure does and they will find many reasons to reduce your monthly bonus.
