Pros

It helped me pay for school and I only had to work part time.

Cons

The cons were how busy it was. I felt extremely burnt out with the back to back calls every day. I didn't like getting yelled at all the time. It was tough mentally.

Pros

work from home, good pay, good perks, and the managment can be hit or miss. some are amazing some suck.

Cons

Their training for their work from home employees needs some serious work. they are also definitely a pain to work with about disability accommodations and do not work with their employees when there disability or needs evolve
