      Pros

      Decent Health Benefits and decent start up pay.

      Cons

      For the amount of time you work the raises are petty. You have to know someone to be someone. Loyalty goes to friends and family first. It is a number game... Not a people game.

      Great office culture, lots of fun, young people decent paid time off and vacation time fast growth, rapid advancement is easy

      Cons

      Training program is pretty terrible, you learn a lot more as you go Fast growth means having to adapt to new changes on a weekly basis All entry level work is call center work
