Pros

Progressive has a great product that's in high demand in the market place and we are the best in the business so it's nice working for #1. Awesome leadership and company culture with decent pay and benefits. There are also many opportunities for career advancement.

Cons

For a rather large company, we haven't implemented current technology as well as we could to develop a more efficient work force. It has started to improve though in the short period of time that I have been here.

BED BUGS!!!!

Pros

There is nothing positive to say about this company.

Cons

There is an extreme amount of harassment and HR condones it. They pick and choose based off of their title. No respect for their agents. You cannot speak your mind without having them think that you are creating a hostile environment. Management is a joke. Currently we are experiencing bed bugs! YES that's right bed bugs!! Seems like nothing is being done. They still have us working under these conditions. And we've been advised that consequences will occur if we discuss this outside of the workplace. I find to this to be ridiculous and unhealthy. People are finding them on their shirts, desks just in their work area in general. How can they expect us to work under these conditions.

Pros

- Growing company - Opportunities within company because of the growth that is taking place - New facilities - Free cereal, snacks & drinks

Cons

- Subpar starting wages for entry-level employees. Hard to attract quality candidates. - Young company that is still trying to figure things out. - Changes always taking places but the lack of resources and communication make the job difficult to succeed and stay on top. - Lack of great benefits - Reactionary company
