      Pros

      Everything seems great in the beginning they paint the pretty picture of a flexible schedule, great benefits and room for advancement.

      Cons

      -possible sexual harassment from managers while human resources does absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. -advancement in this company is nearly impossible. If you are a minority they’ll ask you to apply so that they can check off a box and say they gave you an opportunity but there was somebody better. And they are typically of a fair skin tone. Progressive goes by the “big brother” method -you will be micromanaged -you will be asked to work on holidays last minute and be in the field -They can’t keep employees Because instead of properly paying the ones that they have already trained and have been working in the company they rather hire somebody from the outside and pay them more. -High expectations for not enough pay
