      Pros

      Great people to work with and for. They are pretty ambitious which means there is a lot of opportunity to gain new experience.

      Cons

      They aren't as organized as they should be for the size of the company. All though most people at the company are pretty good at communicating, you'll find yourself having to coordinate the vast majority of decision-making conversations.

      Pros

      Great mid level and entry level people to work with.

      Cons

      Upper level leadership cares about lining their own pockets. They couldn’t care less about their employees. They will never seek employee feedback about how to improve individual positions within the company, rather, they make changes without reflecting on the impact it will have on the worker. Terrible leadership. It’s a sinking ship.

      They really want to be good so they try to give you fun activities and perks. Fantastic benefits There are some amazing people who work there.

      Cons

      It is the typical “frat” like corporate world. Recognition is dismal Middle management is abhorrent at best
