Upper level leadership cares about lining their own pockets. They couldn’t care less about their employees. They will never seek employee feedback about how to improve individual positions within the company, rather, they make changes without reflecting on the impact it will have on the worker. Terrible leadership. It’s a sinking ship.

Strict COVID rules make going into the office a bit arduous. Although I'm vaccinated, it's no one else's business and the alternative is like saying you're not, so it feels a bit like being required.
