      Product and customer focus is amazing, culture has potential to be better.

      Pros

      Company truly cares about its customers and there are some great ideas and innovation happening throughout the business. Culture is in progress, SVPs and Global Heads are great at fostering a positive culture.

      Cons

      Exec leaders are not great at fostering a positive culture. They are older and out of touch and there’s no diversity at the top. SVPs and Global Heads are great at fostering a positive culture but it’s hard to do that from the ground up. Workload is not always manageable Stress is high Direction/decisions constantly change A lot of finger pointing vs accountability

      I enjoy working at Prologis because: * Strong company values * Management willing to feedback and experiment new ways of working * Management fosters a culture of respect, collaboration, inclusion and belonging. * Good work environment * Lot's of learning opportunities

      Cons

      As it's a very fast pace company sometimes is hard to keep with all the changes and communication, it's improving though.
