- Innovative (way more to the business than just standard real estate) - Progressive (inclusive culture, leading the way for commercial real estate) - Great benefits (401k, bonus, parental leave, vacation days, medical, vision/dental, etc.)

Cons

- Company is growing at a fast rate with multiple business lines. Will be important to keep these organized.

We completely agree about keeping things organized, as Hamid’s recent email said, we are actively working to limit initiative fatigue and have already made great progress over the last few years that it’s been a priority.

Great Pay, Great Benefits, Work remotely or in the office.

Cons

Analysis by paralysis from management, lots of internal politics, and lots of internal fighting between upper management to see who's the smartest in the room. Lacks diversity within the organization and a very open racist culture, HR is useless when it comes to addressing real internal issues.
