Pros

Global company with great opportunities to learn about other countries / customs because management philosophy is to hire locals in every location. They share local market expertise and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Cons

Senior management shake-up combined with market downturn caused unprecedented instability; however, current senior management is working hard to recover from both events.

Pros

They are a leading company in the green movement, and I am truly behind their environmental progress as a company in general and as a global leader in the industry,

Cons

It used to be a nice company to work for. These days the management can be downright predatory to people at all levels within the company, but for the most part, the non-management employees get the worst treatment. This is especially prevalent in the New Jersey offices. The non-management staff have not had raises in two years, while it is an open secret that the management-level folks still receive bonuses and stock options, some so high that they match their salary. Morale is extremely low. If you're not management, then it is likely you feel like a punching bag.

Pros

Working for one of the largest industrial REITs in the industry and being able to learn and share with a global network of associates and managers.

Cons

Since the company is a public REIT, it is limited to the direction of shareholders and the general financial market environment. Our stock price is heavily contingent on macroeconomic effects, and it is sometimes negatively misrepresented in the public eye. Stock price should be directly correlated to current performance of real estate assets rather than large scale economics.
