      Pros

      I started with Prologis in Jan 2022 after 25+ years in Real Estate I wasn't sure I was making the right choice as I wanted to do more than property management. I quickly discovered not only did I make the best choice for that time but I've now been hired by a different department where I can grow into a new area of real estate and I couldn't be more excited. I love and appreciate how Prologis is always encouraging growth whether that be personal or professional.

      Cons

      It is a world wide company with so many departments and people and that can be intimidating at first. However, once you find your people they will introduce you to others that also want to change the world for the better.

      Pros

      Prologis is a great place to work. The people are smart and genuinely interested in the work they do. There's a distinct culture that stems from people staying at the company and forging long careers here.

      Cons

      The company lacks diversity, especially among senior leaders. The organization is siloed. When it comes to workplace and team culture it varies. Unfortunately, they're trying to mandate return to the office in a way that's completely disjointed team by team, and on a person to person basis that lacks consistency across the company.

      Pros

      I love working at Prologis. Work/life balance is great, we have phenomenal benefits - health insurance (I have a chronic illness and had no issues with coverage), PTO, 401k, bonuses, stock program, lots of events and lunches in and outside the office, etc. Denver office is very cool and has lots of snacks, drinks, and even wine, beer, and kombucha on draft. Company leadership is well-respected, I don't think I've ever worked for or heard of a company where everyone agreed wholeheartedly on how great the CEO is. The company outlook is strong. I'm also an immigrant and never felt out of place or unwelcomed. I LOVE participating in Impact Day - a day when all offices shut down and everyone does volunteering. I genuinely hope I stay here for a long time.
