There is a big focus on culture and the people in our organization. For a global company, Prologis understands that real estate is local and is run at the market level. The local teams have the autonomy to run their local business lines. There is also a focus on promoting from within the company.

Cons

While there is a willingness to try to new things, that can often lead to a sense of work overload as we roll out new initiatives.

Prologis is more that an industrial REIT. Prologis is changing the way we operate industrial properties through the digitization of our platform by focusing on customer solutions that holistically add value for them. Your hard work and innovative ideas are welcomed. This is a company that listens to its people.

Cons

Prologis is the best and hardest company I have ever worked for! The bar is set high but the reward for your passion and hard work pays strong dividends. Prologis is a disruptor of " Business as usual" which can be awkward at times. Change management is a big part of how we approach our business strategies which can be challenging at times. The punch line is that " you will never be bored".
