Slight growing pains from the company growing so quickly over the last few years in respect to centralization of data throughout the company and processes among new teams

Cons

Innovation and change can be difficult but is important to remain relevant. Prologis is highly focused on pushing it's people hard to remain the industry leader. This can be overly challenging and unsettling for some.
