Pros

Makes pretty good money while being flexible with hours. Would recommend if you needed a job while going to college.

Cons

You make pretty good money to get cursed out for 8 hours a day. Would only recommend for college students, not for someone looking for a career.

Pros

Very easy. You just read off of a script and follow protocols for virtually any scenario you might encounter. Sometimes very interesting. You make your own schedule so you get to plan your work around your life rather than your life around your work. I applied for this job as a last resort. I'm overqualified for it, but after being out of work for so long due to battling cancer (I won the battle!), I had a hard time finding work. This place hires anyone, which would explain the high turnover rate...straight out of high school kids are too lazy and don't realize how easy they have it here and quit. But if you WANT to work, and think you can handle constant use of your verbal skills and your vocal cords, this job is a great fit.

Cons

Few breaks, and they're short (although paid). Can get very repetitive. The pay should be raised at least for the top notch interviewers, even if by a dollar.
