Pros

This was actually a pretty decent job compared to others I have had in the best, you make outbound calls to different people in various parts of the country asking political questions mainly. Sometimes you have awesome surveys about marijuana and those get peoples interest to talk. The managers when I was there were laid back, Liz, Keifer and Verionica, and Jessica to name a few! I miss that place now that I think of it. The pay wasnt bad and if you could perform well then you got special coupons for longer breaks and stuff like that. Overall, I would say if you can talk on the phone and read a script and DONT mind outbound calls then this is for you. If you are scared of the phone and talking to people then I suggest another job.

Cons

Angry customers yelling when you call and wake up their kids possible, people who say you have already done the survey with them and lie Customers who curse at you or hit on you the whole call Cant have your cell phone out or they will take it up. that sucked lol

Pros

Pays above minimum wage Its a simple job Management in Idaho is light hearted and fun It makes you feel dignified and professional Paid breaks You can go up fairly quickly if your a good interviewer Some respondents make your day are funny and or kind

Cons

Bias surveys practically propaganda for Republicans You must lie daily Confrontational respondents is inevitable Stressful Unreliable hours and all afternoon shifts No commission or benefits Can be boring Only 15 or 10 minute breaks every 3 hours or so You read outrageous remarks on a daily and speak with uneducated, ignorant, angry, opinionated, people daily.

Pros

Good pay, friendly people. Supervisors are really nice.

Cons

Long shifts. And even when you are on target on the project you're assigned, it's still not enough to please them.
