Pros

The atmosphere can be fun if you make friends with you coworkers. They honestly try to raise morale, but they really don’t care about employees.

Cons

The management is all about numbers. You will get fired over things beyond your control.

Pros

I've worked at Promark for a few years now. I started as an Interviewer and have been promoted to/worked as a Monitor, Supervisor, Trainer, Manager, and even at the Corporate Office. Every part of this job teaches so many skills that help you not only succeed in the current position, but also make you more marketable for future jobs! As an Interviewer, you have the opportunity to experience phone and in-person interviews, constantly work to improve communication skills, reading skills, experience and deal with many different personalities, and learn about current events and the opinions of people all over the US. There are opportunities for promotions to a variety of positions, and in these you can gain experience in managing/supervising employees, quality control, Microsoft Office, mentoring/training others, and organization/time management skills - just to name a few! Working at Promark is great as a first job, or as an additional part-time job. You can pick what days you work, the people are nice and approachable, and it's very easy work.

Cons

You find out about the shift times the day of - however it is sent out via text and email, so you know ASAP.

Pros

Pay, pretty cool people, get to choose your own schedule, get to get out early some times, would literally hire anyone including am axe murderer maybe

Cons

Hours aren't always guaranteed, basically a college student level job, you are not allowed to defend yourself against the people you call, getting called racial slurs, getting verbally and sexually harassed, very short breaks where you're not allowed to leave, no call no shows are immediate termination even if you have a valid reason, the monitors will get angry if you don't read verbatim or offer an idk option even though you don't want to make the the person you're calling mad, literally no benifits unless you get a promotion, literally no chance of promotion tbh
