Always getting yelled at by angry voters, long hours, only a 15 minute break

Lately, we interviewers have been getting screamed at about altering our college schedule to appease the hours management is seeking from us versus working around our complex itinerary to keep from losing us. The entire staff is Caucasion except for 1 Mexican and 1 Black to keep from being sued for discrimination. They hype you up during the 3-day MANDATORY on-the-job-training that you can be hired for open positions which are rarely available. The entire staffmembers dress as if they are clubhoppers and cannabis smokers. They tell us no caked-on cosmetics, flamboyant hairdos or inappropriate dress attire during training. Yet you will observe staff not practicing what they preach on a daily. Distasteful! Professional staff members are few far and between at the Huntsville location. If you are looking to work here...DON'T. They do not care about giving you hours and/great pay unless you have tenure under your belt too.
