Pros

-Anybody is able to do the job -Kind of challenging -Shift will start in the afternoon, but it could go on into midnight

Cons

-You work with a lot of unintelligent individuals -Though the shift starts late, it goes on late -The job can get routine and becomes monotonous -Management walks around with a whip (figuratively)
