Unfocused senior management team, horrible internal communication, lots of turnover. not a collaborative working environment, no team work, and lacking on communication from management. People are quick to tell you that its not there job or try to pass the buck real quick on the simplest task. Or either you have to keep asking people to get the simplest things done or reminding them. Teamwork barely exists due to lack of internal commitment to overall team strategy. Senior management cannot focus and are clueless about the direction to take the company in and have poor execution which usually ends up on quick decisions to layoff. The company prides itself on having diversity but diversity is lacking in senior management and some departments won’t even employ more minorities in their department for certain positions. For a small company one would think it would be more collaboration and management that could actually communicate when it is not. Felt like the company could be somewhat cliquish at times.

Leadership is a joke. Employees do not feel comfortable communicating with management. The management team does not seem to care about employees, customers, or education. The atmosphere has become very negative over the last year. As a result, the company has lost over half the sales team. Goals, commission structure, territories, and even desk assignments have changed each quarter.
