Pros

In the beginning was nice. After yu know the place, you will find that there are little cliques of people very political. None I can think of, but motivating to leave.

Cons

Biased treatmnt of employees. Exploits foreign engineering talents with H1, no green card with low pay. If you don't have a job, u get one here with lo pay.
