- One paid leave in a month.
- Bonus will not be paid even though it has been committed in offer letter
- No proper salary slip, Tax computation slip and Form-16. They have hired third party to take care of account.
- Employee suggestion will not count.
- No static policy. You can expect policy to be changed any time, it always goes against employee benefits.
- Micro management.
- Employee Layoff or i have seen most of employees being fired due to silly reasons.
- No opportunity for growth.
- Lack of looking after basics need of employees.
