1yThank you for taking the time to share your detailed perspective on your experience at Proofpoint. Even when feedback isn't positive, we still appreciate you sharing it and allowing us the opportunity to address it and consider action planning about what we need to improve. As you've shared, there have been a lot of changes this year, including many of the faces on our leadership team. From the top, our CEO is passionate about creating a high-performance culture where everyone is able to bring their best selves to work, be part of driving meaningful work and be recognized for their contributions. We don't take this lightly and are spending a lot of time making sure we put action behind what we say. As part of the changes, we've introduced our first Voice of the Employee Survey as part of our re-direction to continuously provide our team members a place to share their honest feedback. Additionally, reviews just like this are part of our always on listening strategy to make sure you have a place to give us your input and visibility to things we need to action on to improve the employee experience as we grow through change. You've given us a lot to consider in this review and it will be shared for wider visibility and thought, but if you haven't already done so, we hope that you will also complete the survey before it closes as we will be beginning action planning in September and each and every single piece of info we receive will be considered.
