Hybrid Deleveroo for in office days Bonus 2 Recharge Days (Previously was 4)

Cons

Jobs were moved from fully remote to hybrid Footprint of Reading office has be halved and Cork office space increased Reading office environment very busy and noisy, when it used to be much quieter. Some roles have been replaced in Ireland and Singapore instead of Reading

good people but run by incompetent management

* people are skilled and knowledgeable * 3 week work from anywhere benefit * work life balance is good for the most part * free lunch Mon-Thurs

Cons

* management is just focused on slashing costs and sprucing up financials to make as much money out of eventual IPO * outsourcing G&A jobs and replacing people who are good at their jobs with people who are incompetent * they don't give any sort of equity to anyone who is not a higher up, and are trying to lower bonuses, so you basically don't get anything when they IPO *salaries are mediocre at best

Incredibly US centric. Employee communications are poor. Processes that are there 'because that's how we have always done it' The culture isn't quite toxic but it's close. There is an atmosphere of fear among employees because the leadership seem to make changes on a whim and no one knows what is coming next! As a result knowledge is guarded rather than shared.
