      Pros

      Kick-ass engineering management. Decent engineering talent. Technical Support is better than most software companies, Flagship technology still worthy.

      Cons

      Great people gone. Good people choking and going too. The overall mood is doom and gloom. Management now sees only exit strategy and are numb and dumb to excellence in day to day operations. Employees suffer.

      Pros

      There is a lot of interesting work and some very good people to work with. They have acquired a few companies over the last year or so. This should bring more opportunities.

      Cons

      There are some bad managers. Some that never learned what it means to be a manager. The company is in a transitional state, so there are a number of disconnects between what senior management is saying versus what is happening in a number of groups. Acquiring other companies should have brought new opportunities and there has been talk of such, but nothing has happened. The company can be slow to progress in a number of areas.
