Cons

-Too many processes, getting something like a security assessment filled out can take forever -Quoting is unnecessarily difficult -Expense policies are extremely frugal -Legal is involved in every sale -No customer golf, yet we sponsor a PGA player -Marketing is lackluster, no CMO

Company is going in the ring direction. Taking away assets and specialists to save money. Focus isn’t on making it a workplace that people want to be at. Pay isn’t competitive anymore
