In a good market. Technology works. Good work life balance with unlimited PTO.

Cons

Attrition and lack of leadership has become a very serious problem on the marketing department. Zero team spirit, enthusiasm, or devotion to the team. In the past year eight people have left or been asked to leave the marketing team. These employees were at all levels : VP, Sr. Director, Director, Manager. There is no VP of Marketing to guide the team. The marketing directors that the team has are afraid to make decisions or can't make decisions because the company executive team loves to micromanage. The company lacks organization, communication, and creativity. During my time on the marketing team, employees were unhappy, overworked, and underpaid.

Cons

No career advancements, EXTREMELY high turnover, No consistency with policy, No 401k, No real leadership, No culture of success. If you have ZERO work experience you might like working there. IF you decide to accept a position be sure to negotiate your stock options!!
