Pros
There is a lot of interesting work and some very good people to work with. They have acquired a few companies over the last year or so. This should bring more opportunities.
Cons
There are some bad managers. Some that never learned what it means to be a manager. The company is in a transitional state, so there are a number of disconnects between what senior management is saying versus what is happening in a number of groups. Acquiring other companies should have brought new opportunities and there has been talk of such, but nothing has happened. The company can be slow to progress in a number of areas.
