      Not a Culture you want to Endure

      Pros

      Security is a hot sector. Some of the people are nice.

      Cons

      Exec team is not helpful to staff. CFO runs the company and the most exciting statistic the HR team shares with the staff about the CEO in new hire orientation is that Gary drinks over 5000 diet sodas each year. Product is good but very expensive, new products are more hype than real.

      Pros

      Great people, great leaders, the highest commission payout %'s I have seen from a tech company, and a best in market product. I am challenged daily and consistently learning. I know if I put in the hard work, success follows. Loving it.

      Cons

      As compared to other Utah tech firms, none that I can think of. Its a great culture.

      Career opportunities, premium product that sells itself at times, SaaS, security is an exciting industry, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESP), achievable quotas, uncapped commission, ramp quota for new hires (sell less for full commission)

      Cons

      With a growing company comes growing pains at times, no 401K match
