Pros

Fantastic product and great place to work. Growth in EMEA keeps things exiting and presents good opportunity for progression into a number of different roles. Pay is on the high side of the scale and the targets are very fair so achieving OTE's is very realistic. Proofpoint acquire other relevant security companies and integrate them very well keeping us ahead of the competition and keep our customers protected against the latest threats.

Cons

Some legacy processes can slow things down, but they are mostly being addressed and improving all the time.

Challenging, lots of opportunities to get recognition for hard work and achievements, a chance to be part of growing a region and an organization, a very positive corporate culture that is driven from the top down, focus on leadership rather than micro-management, fantastic CEO and other role models in the executive management team, focus on teamwork and collaboration across the company, really inclusive team spirit and an emphasis of assuming that you do know what you're doing until you prove otherwise which is very empowering.

Cons

Working in a fast paced, 'start up' type environment isn't for everyone. People that rely heavily on established processes or those that cant think outside the box in order to get the job done would potentially feel uncomfortable.
