      Pros

      Outstanding leadership that is honest and customer focused. Terrific culture with a very open and honest culture. Serves all markets, especially major corps.

      Cons

      Growing so fast it is hard to keep up. Requires dedication and hard work. Yoou need to be personally organized and responsive to customer and company demands.

      Pros

      Everyone is very nice, the pay is good, and everyone is usually pretty helpful. There's some politics in play but less than a lot of places. Executives are great and know what they're doing.

      Cons

      There isn't a ton of collaboration between teams. Work life balance suffers if you want to get anything done Ops->Engineering and vice versa feels pretty silo'd If you have to travel, no corporate card, even if it's internationally and in the thousands out of pocket
