      Great technology. There is no better product on the market.

      All focus on "leads" and "deals" from marketing and sales. Little focus on brand and lacking in good sales culture.

      Pros

      Great people and great products. The progress Proofpoint has made over the years is impressive. The stock and valuation are in good shape.

      Cons

      The vacation policy is not that great. You can take vacation any time but you use it or lose it. There is no set amount of days. As far as personal growth goes, I don't feel like I have grown much technically because of the limits to the technology we are using and the rate of change Proofpoint is taking (slow). Many good people have left recently and I may do the same soon.
