      Nothing that I can think of right now.

      Cons

      Horrible people management skills across the Sales organization. This was by far the worst Sales Management Team I've ever had to deal with. You get a list of target accounts which are taken away and given to other Reps once you've generated interest. Common saying from Sales Management: "unfortunately things like this happen all the time here".

      ping pong, snacks and co-workers, Stock options, ESPP.

      Cons

      No career advancements, EXTREMELY high turnover, No consistency with policy, No 401k, No real leadership, No culture of success. If you have ZERO work experience you might like working there. IF you decide to accept a position be sure to negotiate your stock options!!
