      Decent Compensation (not worth it) Work Life Balance

      Promotions are infrequent, pay increase is negligible, no annual stock refreshers, very frugal benefits (i.e. $250 match in 401k), lack of culture (no team outings or lunches), snacks and drinks are the cheapest options from Costco, difficulty in obtaining basic work equipment such as mice/keyboards/monitors, incompetent hiring practices leading to decrease in morale

      None besides the product .

      Cons

      Base pay lower than the market value , compensation plan designed to not make any money . Way too many frequent and drastic changes without notice in the middle of the quarters that effects the efforts , motivation and commission of the employee. Hot headed management with no prior management experience to lead the teams. There is no respect for each other . No one is meeting their unrealistic quotas. There is barely any support . Used to have a flexible schedule and unlimited PTO at managers descretion but now it's negligent. There is absolutely no system in place to succeed .
