Pros

On the cover the story sounds good

Cons

Products don't stand up to the hype. Sales is run by Finance. Leadership is inexperienced. It was impossible to book a deal without going back to the customer 10 times.

Pros

Not a lot to be honest.

Cons

Middle Enterprise is the worst place in the organization to be. SMB gets a lot of leads, Field gets good accounts, leads, and support. Middle Enterprise is a revolving door. The forgotten step child of the organization. Cross functional teams actively ignore your teams messages asking for help. Specialists either left or moved up - so barely anyone supports you during demos and POCs or, if they do, they seem disinterested because they are filling in from a higher role. Everyone here thinks that help isn't their job so they actively try to ignore you or tell you to go look somewhere else for help. VP of sales let go, directors let go , managers let go, reps let go. They change accounts around every year so if you build a relationship its disintegrated. Quotes are set on the net-new side you cant even quote or negotiate price, which was the worst change I have ever seen in an organization. I would avoid, people come and slowly get disappointed at how disorganized and poorly managed it is here.

We appreciate you sharing such a thorough account of your experience. It’s clear you’ve spent time reflecting on what hasn’t been working for you, and we thank you for letting us know. We take concerns around leadership changes, cross-functional support, and the day-to-day realities of your experience seriously. Hearing directly from employees about where things can improve is an important part of understanding how decisions and changes are felt on the ground. Thank you for taking the time to write us a review.
