Pros

One thing that has stayed true since I was hired is that the executives are really investing in the employee experience. They seem to understand the fundamental connection between productivity / business success and a positive engaging work environment. From refreshing the company values to investing in top employee engagement software, there are tangible signs that they care.

Cons

This company is a classic example of one that recently had quick success and growth, but it's internal systems and processes have not yet caught up that are messy and cumbersome. That said, most people I've interacted with so far are open to fixing and improving this issues so there is a lot of opportunity to turn a great company into a very high-performing rocket ship.
