Pros

Good benefits and non transparency (I know that is not a pro, but there is a five word minimum and I could not think of any other pros besides benefits for them)

Cons

Bad over paid management, low wages, and uncaring human resources

High standards, low compensation

Pros

Management was very organized and responsive. Training was thorough.

Cons

Pay is quite low considering the level of responsibility, knowledge, and skill required to do the job. Expectations are very high and compensation does not match that.

30 Days and Let Go with No Warning!

Pros

I was able to work from home.

Cons

The supervisor with this position is the most micro-managing individual I have come across in over 30 years of employment. This was the Most Surreal 30 Day working experience I could imagine. Evercheck/Ce Broker gave me exactly 30 days in a position before letting me go because of "how the training sessions went." This is despite their own admission that my performance was fine. There was absolutely no warning that I broke any policy. I worked extremely hard until ten minutes before they let me go! They convinced me to leave my job of over 5 years. I gave it my all anyway and would never have quit on them with no notice. They hire you acting like you are the greatest and then treat you like a child. Very strange and unprofessional.
